Melissa Gray – Development Team Leader and Licenced Conveyancer

Mel started her Conveyancing journey with Fastrack in January 2011 where she started out as an Admin Assistant to the Development team. Since then, Mel has been the driving force and leader behind our highly experienced Development team. She enjoys bringing in new clients and maintaining strong relationships with current clients.

Mel’s passion and expertise, along with her dedicated team, is in the sale of off-the-plan land and build projects, where she specialises in all aspect of off the plan sales, subdivisions and more. Her dedication in working with her Clients to achieve successful developments is one her amazing strengths and is why she has such strong relationships with her Clients. No Development is too large or too small for our dedicated Development Team!

• Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT
• Certificate II Community Services at Box Hill Institute
• Certificate III Business at MEGT Training Organisation
