At Fastrack Conveyancing, we strive to provide a highly valuable service at an affordable price.

For our standard Buying and Selling service, we offer fixed prices, which include GST and Disbursements, so that you will know up front how much you will be paying. This is important when comparing quotes that you are getting the full service for a fixed price or if the other providers will add additional costs for standard services.

Also, for our standard Buying and Selling service, there is nothing to pay up front. We carry the costs until settlement, which means you can either save your money for your deposit or get your property on the market without having to pay upfront for your Contract.

We like to work really closely with you and also your agent and any finance providers, to ensure it is a smooth and hassle-free process and a successful settlement.

With Fastrack, you get a full Conveyancing service for a competitive price.
