Justine has extensive experience in conveyancing, which started in 1999 when she started as a property legal secretary at a local Law Firm before moving to work for a volume builder and becoming the Conveyancing Manager. In 2009 Justine achieved her dream of becoming a Licenced Conveyancer and then proudly together with the team incorporated Fastrack Conveyancing as an independent Conveyancing firm, which she has managed since then to be the highly successful business it is today, filled with a dedicated team of conveyancers.

Justine is passionate about conveyancing and loves what she does! Some of her daily highlights are helping Clients navigate through the complexities of conveyancing to ensure that it is a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Justine also loves helping the Fastrack team assist their clients to achieve their dreams, as well as helping everyone achieve their own personal professional goals.

Mel started her Conveyancing journey with Fastrack in January 2011 where she started out as an Admin Assistant to the Development team. Since then, Mel has been the driving force and leader behind our highly experienced Development team. She enjoys bringing in new clients and maintaining strong relationships with current clients.

Mel’s passion and expertise, along with her dedicated team, is in the sale of off-the-plan land and build projects, where she specialises in all aspect of off the plan sales, subdivisions and more. Her dedication in working with her Clients to achieve successful developments is one her amazing strengths and is why she has such strong relationships with her Clients. No Development is too large or too small for our dedicated Development Team!

Cally began her career in Real Estate in 2003, she then transitioned into the Conveyancing Sector in early 2008. Cally obtained her Conveyancers Licence in 2010 working for Fastrack Conveyancing, then in 2015 moved on to establish and operate her own independent Conveyancing business for seven successful years. After her rewarding stint as an independent business owner, the team at Fastrack were lucky enough to have Cally return to join them again, bringing with her extensive knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing and she now leads the team in working closely with our Builder Clients.

Cally enjoys all aspects of conveyancing, however her amazing communication skills means that she is able to create strong relationships with our long standing Clients, who all respect and enjoy working closely with her across a number of different conveyancing transactions.

Charlotte started her conveyancing career as a Paralegal and has been with Fastrack Conveyancing since 2020. She is a Licenced Conveyancer and Team Leader of our External Team, working on residential, off-the-plan and commercial sale and purchase files, along with transfers between related parties and smaller subdivisions. Which means that no two days are ever the same!

Charlotte loves working with all of her clients, from first home buyers to clients upgrading, downsizing or investing. She is dedicated to taking the stress away from Settlement and works to ensure the process is as smooth as possible, using the best practice methods of conveyancing.

• Associate Degree of Legal Practice (Paralegal) at RMIT

Nerelie has been with Fastrack for nearly 15 years. She started in administration progressing to display home purchases, sales and lease management. Nerelie is currently managing all of the display home leases on behalf of one of Australia’s largest builders, including Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.

During her conveyancing career she have received an ‘Accelerator’ award for excellence in customer service. Nerelie enjoys all aspects of her work, and she prides herself on being loyal, focused and empathetic. Her strengths are achieving great results for her Clients, especially when things get a little challenging, she works hard to ensure that an outcome is reached that results in all parties involved are happy.

Emily started her conveyancing career with Fastrack in 2019 assisting our conveyancers with administrative tasks. She then transitioned into our development team in 2020 and absolutely loved it. Em begun her studies at RMIT shortly after to complete her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in which she graduated in 2021 and was able to obtain her conveyancing licence.

Em thrives in a fast-paced environment having to manage hundreds of files across our multiple developments throughout Victoria. She loves the mathematical element of preparing off-the-plan adjustments and the full settlement process once the Developers plans have registered.

Jess started at Fastrack Conveyancing in 2021 as a Junior Conveyancer in the External team after being abroad for three years traveling America and Europe. During her time at Fastrack, Jess has assisted with all aspects of conveyancing while studying the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT. Jess has since completed her studies and is a Licenced Conveyancer assisting clients with their conveyancing needs from pre-contract advice to Settlement.

Jess loves helping clients with one of the biggest purchases of their lives, no matter if it’s their first home or their 50th. Jess is passionate about making what could be one of the most stressful situations into a simple and stress-free process.

Cassidy joined the Fastrack team in late 2022 as a conveyancing assistant in our off-the-plan developments and projects team. She is now branching out to become an office all-rounder, assisting in all conveyancing matters and office administration. Her specialty is in providing a high level of administrative assistance in Off-the Plan and Subdivision matters from contract signing to settlement.

Cassidy is passionate about her work and loves being part of the Fastrack Team. Her strengths are her easy-going nature and ability to take on any task and use her highly efficient skills to ensure it is completed to a high standard. Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies and is currently undertaking her Practical Legal Training component to become admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria.

• Bachelor of Laws – Deakin University

Karla has worked with various reputable Real Estate agencies, managing large Trust accounts over the last 25 years. She was a welcomed addition to the team at Fastrack in 2021, primarily presiding over their Trust accounting systems and ensuring compliance and regulatory guidelines were evident. Karla also maintains Fastrack’s daily office accounts, both receivable and payable as well as overseeing the annual audits each year.

In her professional and business life, Karla is passionate about helping people and getting the job done promptly and efficiently in a cooperative manner. With her friendly helpful attitude, coupled with years of invaluable experience, Karla is an asset to the team and is more than happy to assist you with all your professional needs.
