  • Obtaining thorough instructions initially about your project and what is required to be included in the Contract and Section 32, to ensure full disclosure requirements are being met.
  • Discussing with you any reporting needs to you may require for your development over the stages to ensure you can report back to your shareholders/banks/investors etc. about the progress of the sales and settlements within your development.
  • Providing regular updates to the Purchasers Conveyancer to ensure they are well informed about the status of the project including any amendments to the Plans, engineering drawings etc.
  • Arranging for the lodgement of your subdivision and preparing all paperwork necessary to facilitate lodgement through Spear.
  • Maintaining close contact to the purchasers Conveyancers when it gets close to lodgement of the Plan to ensure they have all started their finance process and will be ready to settle once the plan registers.
  • Preparing bulk adjustments and settlements through Pexa projects to ensure settlements are completed effectively and efficiently.
