Our Staff
Justine Kitchen – Director / Licenced Conveyancer
Justine has over 21 years’ experience in Conveyancing. In 1999 she started working as a property legal secretary then in 2001 she commenced working for a volume builder and became the Conveyancing Manager, and in 2009 she became a Licenced Conveyancer and together with Tammy D’Amore incorporated Fastrack Conveyancing as an independent Conveyancing firm.

- Certified Practising Conveyancer and Member of the Australia Institute of Conveyancers (Vic Division)
Melissa Gray - Licenced Conveyancer
Melissa (Mel) has a strong background in administration, and since joining the Fastrack team in early 2011, she has really become specialised as a Conveyancing Co-Ordinator for off-the-plan land projects and she has a lot of skills and knowledge in this area as well as other areas of residential Conveyancing.

- Certificate II Community Services at Box Hill Institute
- Certificate III Business at MEGT Training Organisation
Emily Young - Licenced Conveyancer
Emily started her conveyancing career with Fastrack Conveyancing in 2019, coming from an administrative background, she is a major part of our off-the-plan developments and projects team.

Nerelie Harrison – Conveyancer
Nerelie joined the Fastrack team in 2010 as a Conveyancing Administration Assistant. Nerelie has since completed her Conveyancing Diploma and has gained an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to complete Conveyancing in Victoria as well as co-ordinating Conveyancing on Interstate matters.

Melissa Krushka - Conveyancer
Melissa's conveyancing career started 29 years ago in Tasmania, before she moved into other endeavours in project management, publicity and real estate. She returned back to her passion of conveyancing four years ago undertaking both Victorian and Queensland conveyancing. Melissa has vast experience in residential sales and purchases as well as off-the-plan and subdivision matters.

- Real Estate – Agent’s Representative Certificate
Charlotte Cotton - Licenced Conveyancer
Charlotte joined the Fastrack team in 2020 after starting her career as a Paralegal, and works in the private client space assisting clients with selling and purchasing property and transfer and subdivision matters. Charlotte has experience in residential and off-the-plan purchases and assisting a a range of clients, including first home buyers.

- Associate Degree of Legal Practice (Paralegal) at RMIT
Jess Moore - Junior Conveyancer
Jess has three beautiful huskies and joined the Fastrack team in 2021 after a wide ranging career across outdoor education, disability support and travel. Jess assists the team in the residential space working on purchase, sale, off-the-plan, subdivision and transfer files.
